Protection of the register

n the protection of the register, the information security guidelines of Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences are followed.

Right of access

As a general rule, everyone has the right to check their data stored in the personal register. The inspection request must be made in writing to SeAMK's data protection officer. The right of inspection requires that the requester's identity has been verified. The register does not contain such information for which the right of inspection could not be exercised.

Other rights conserning the personal information handling

The registered person has the right to refuse to process information about herself for direct advertising, distance sales and other direct marketing as well as market and opinion research, as well as for the personal register and genealogy.
