In the report, you will be requested to describe how the goals recorded in the application have been achieved. If necessary, the information submitted in the original application form can be requested from the Agent of the Fund.

The report form applies to grants awarded after 1 January 2022. If the grant was awarded before this, the applicant can choose whether to use the form provided or submit a free-form report on how the grant has been used.
